Guidelines
As this is a ministry and not an organization or club, guidelines have been created rather than a formal constitution. The Diocese of Southwest America offers these guidelines in order to inform and direct the faithful, in particular clergy and lay-leaders, as to ecclesiastical purpose of the FOCUS ministry, stressing the goals listed in the following section that are driven by basic Christian characteristics such as worship, fellowship, service, and witness. We hope these guidelines help establish and strengthen the FOCUS ministry in the different areas and regions of the Diocese.
