H.G shone as a great administrator, ardent advocate of ecumenism, light of spiritual revival and an organizer of conventions. Thirumeni was humorous and had certain prophetic visions. H.G led a simple life and sacrificed the entire life for the church. "My God and my Church" was the phrase constantly repeated by His Grace.
