Diocesan Center Chapel Fundraising Raffle Draw - February 18th
As you know, we are in the process of wrapping up our raffle fund-raising program and is preparing for the raffle prize draw. Even though, we didn’t compile the final figures, it was a successful campaign. It wouldn’t be possible without your sincere cooperation and we thank you all for your dedicated hard work for this needy cause. We take this opportunity to thank all our Vicars, Parish Coordinators, Regional Coordinators and Committee Members and especially the Previous Convener, Fr. Slomo Isac George, who was instrumental for laying out the frame work for this fund-raising program.
We request you to send any unsold tickets and counterfoils (stubs), still left with you, back to the diocesan center immediately. It is very important to account for each and every tickets, distributed to each parish, before we can draw the prizes. If you are missing any ticket or counterfoils, please email the list with complete details to the Secretary and RaffleCoordinator asap.
Though we closed the sales from the parishes, we can still sell the tickets to those who want to purchase until the drawdate. Please announce it in your parish and collect the names and amount from them. Please email us the details and we can assign the tickets to them from the central and email them the tickets serial numbers assigned to them.
The raffle prizes will be drawn after the Morning Prayer and the Holy Qurbana held at the Urshlem Diocesan Center starting at 8:00 am on Saturday, February 18th, 2017. We invite all of you to participate in the event. We know it may not be practical for everyone to travel long distance to attend the event. We request all those who are in the nearby cities, within driving distance, to make an effort to attend. Thank you,
