MMVS QUIZ-2012

The MMVS theme for this year is taken from Titus 2:7 and is as under:

“Show yourself in all respects a model of good deeds”

"സകലത്തിനും നിന്നെ തന്നെ സല്‍പ്രവര്‍ത്തികള്‍ക്ക് മാതൃകയായികാണിക്ക".

For this year, the topics for quiz competition are:

A) From the Bible, the following books :

1.    Joshua

2.    2 Timothy

3.    Titus

(Orthodox Study Bible to be used as the reference Bible ).

B) Vishudda Qurbanayude Laghupadanam (വിശുദ്ധ കുര്‍ബാനയുടെ  ലഘുപഠനം) or a Devotional study of the Holy Qurbana by Mathews Mar Barnabas Metropolitan.

For making the studies easier,  we are selecting only chapter 3 of this book for this year quiz . ദൈവാലയവും വി. കുര്‍ബനയിലെ പ്രതീകങ്ങളും

Quiz Competitions should be conducted at unit, area, regional and diocese level.

At unit  level, quiz competitions can be conducted as individuals or groups .

At  area level,  quiz competitions can be conducted as individuals, groups or as parishes.

At regional & diocese level, each parish is to be represented as one group.

Quiz questions at the unit level can be prepared by the unit secretary in consultation with the Parish Priest.

Quiz questions at the area level can be prepared by the regional secretary in consultation with one of our Achens.

Kindly have the quiz questions and answers at the unit and area levels reviewed by the Achens to confirm that the questions and answers are correct.

For the regional level quiz, the questions will come from the central office and prizes will be awarded at the Diocese Annual Conference.

Let us look at these competitions as a means of spiritual study, coming together in love and fellowship and growing into union with God.
